Architectural Significance: Is There Such A Thing?

Apparently there is! Case in point with the Kronish House designed by famed architect Richard Neutra. It has been neglected and in need of repair but when Beverly Hills home owners got their hands on this foreclosed house, they weren't aware that it had the potential to be a historically preserved house. Under new ordinance by city council, the Kronish House will be repaired and the city will continue to strive to keep the homes lauded for their architectural significance. It's a win/win for the city! Congratulations Beverly Hills - you did good!
