It's no lie, I'm a big fan of everything "compact." I keep my accessories to a minimum and tucked away in a small box whilst they're not being used. Driving a Mini Cooper gets me into parking spots not normally occupied by your average sedans or other compact car-type vehicles. At any meal, my preferred method is to compartmentalize flavors by keeping ingredients separated on a plate (so as not to compromise the integrity of each taste, you see).
A pre-fab "mini" office space, or space in general, is my newest obsession primarily because, as much as I am fine with the live/work loft method, I believe the idea that your home environment should be separated from your work environment. There should be a clear and distinct line between where you sleep and where you work.
These bungalow-type designs work well in all climates but perhaps work best in Southern California because of the warmer climate, the sea breeze, a higher concentration of design-oriented individuals who are perhaps more prone to have their own prefab-lous.ness.city!
