(Seen: Meter on Sunset Blvd.)

Parked the car at this meter on Sunset Blvd. this weekend. Could it BE any clearer of a sign? If I tinkered with and reconfigured the electronics a little bit, I'm pretty sure I can make the sign read: boob.
