The New Old Santa Monica

Driving through Santa Monica today I came across a new facade. The old Santa Monica Place mall will soon be opening up as the new Santa Monica Place mall - in 23 days to be exact. I dig the new changes to the neighborhood and I am interested in seeing how and if the new mall will revitalize Santa Monica businesses in wake of the "current economic climate". Aren't we tired of hearing that already?! Geez!!!
