It's amazing how far GPS technogy has come and to see where it is going. Strap on your iPhone or iPod Touch to a runner's arm and see what kind of information is available for you. Calculate your pace, caloric loss, incline averages and how far you've run! I tested it out on a morning jog around downtown San Diego this weekend and you can bet this is one app that I won't be running away from for quite a while!
