
For those who know me, working out never came synonymous to my regular daily routine. Sure there is the occasional "stroll" through Runyon Canyon, but I don't think an intense 30 minutes of hiking on a semi-every other day basis constitutes as a workout. With that said, within the past week, I've still managed to keep Runyon on my cardio list, but I've also added training for the LA Marathon every Saturday and a new 24 Hr Fitness membership to the list. We'll see how this "works out".
